Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Developer to support the technical design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter, Guidewire integrations, Guidewire Cloud/InsuranceSuite, and P&C insurance claims processes. This role also requires experience working with offshore development teams and taking technical ownership of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, and maintain Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations and enhancements.

• Work across core claims processes, including:

  • First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
  • Exposures
  • Financials
  • WorkPlans
  • Activities
  • Third-party vendor integrations

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Enterprise Architects on technical solutions.

• Serve as the primary onsite technical contact for the development team.

• Coordinate daily handoffs and task assignments with offshore developers.

• Review offshore development work and provide technical guidance.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, troubleshooting, and production releases.

• Support end-to-end delivery from requirements through production deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter development/configuration experience.
• 5+ years of Guidewire Integration experience.
• Strong experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and Integration Frameworks.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud and InsuranceSuite.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance claims.
• Experience with claims processes such as FNOL, Exposure, Financials, Activities, and WorkPlans.
• Experience coordinating or leading offshore development teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Guidewire Associate Developer Certification – required or preferred depending on client requirements.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in San Antonio, TX.
• Local candidates only.

Preferred Qualifications

• Guidewire ACE Certification.

• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform.

• Experience with AWS, including:

  • AWS Lambda
  • API Gateway
  • S3
  • CloudWatch

• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevSecOps tools such as:

  • Jenkins
  • Bitbucket
  • SonarQube
  • TeamCity

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior Guidewire professional with deep ClaimCenter integration and P&C insurance experience, strong technical design skills, and the ability to lead offshore development teams while working onsite with the client.
