Junior Technical Assistant

We are looking for a U.S based Technical Assistant with excellent English communication skills and a basic understanding of computer technology. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable working remotely.

Technical expertise is not the primary requirement. We value strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to follow instructions.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must own a reliable computer and have a stable internet connection.

• Basic knowledge of computer technology and software applications.

• Comfortable using web browsers, email, video conferencing, and online collaboration tools.

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

• Willing to learn new tools and workflows.

• Basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, React, or Vue) is a plus but not required.

• Previous experience with remote work is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Assist with day-to-day technical and administrative tasks.

• Follow instructions from senior team members.

• Test simple web applications and report issues.

• Participate in online meetings and communicate clearly in English.

• Learn new tools and technologies as needed.
