ABOUT PROJECT
Our client is one of the world’s leading British-American insurance brokerage firms, providing risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and investment banking solutions.


REQUIREMENTS
5+ years in IT Project Management (software development/IT services), with proven end-to-end ownership of complex Fixed Price projects (scope, budget, timeline, profitability, change control, contractual commitments)
Experience with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholder groups, including senior/executive level
Experience setting up projects from scratch – team formation, governance, delivery processes, reporting
Strong project financial management (budgeting, forecasting, cost control) and scope/change management skills
Strong risk, dependency, and escalation management skills
Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed delivery teams
Strong client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills; good understanding of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid)
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve PM efficiency
Financial Services/Insurance domain experience is a plus
Advanced English
Willingness to travel to Minneapolis and London as required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Take full ownership of a complex, long-term Fixed Price project – from setup through delivery – accountable for scope, timeline, budget, and quality
Establish governance, processes, and communication at project start; translate the SOW into an executable delivery plan
Build stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across internal and customer departments
Maintain project plans, budgets, resourcing, and financial metrics; proactively address deviations
Manage scope and Change Requests, risks, and dependencies (identify → mitigate → escalate)
Provide transparent communication with the customer on status, risks, and decisions
Lead distributed teams and handle complex negotiations and escalations
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, BA, QA, Delivery, and Account Management
Use AI tools to automate routine work and improve overall process efficiency
