Our direct client is looking for an experienced Mainframe DevOps Engineer / ENDEVOR Administrator to support Mainframe Modernization and IBM Dependency Based Build (DBB) Migration initiatives.

Required Skills:

✔️ 5+ years of CA Endevor SCM Administration in enterprise Mainframe environments
✔️ Strong experience with Endevor Environments, Systems, Subsystems, Types, Processor Groups, Processors, Packages, and Element Management
✔️ Expertise in z/OS, TSO/ISPF, JCL, REXX, COBOL, DB2, and Mainframe development processes
✔️ Experience analyzing Endevor processors, generate actions, package movement, reports, and build processes
✔️ Knowledge of Source Code Management (SCM), Release Management, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
✔️ Experience with Mainframe modernization, source code migration, and transformation programs
✔️ Ability to document existing build, deployment, and SCM processes
✔️ Basic understanding of Assembler and Mainframe infrastructure components

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Administer, configure, and maintain CA Endevor SCM environments and repositories
✅ Manage Endevor environments, processor groups, packages, and element movement activities
✅ Assess current Endevor implementations, application inventories, and build processes
✅ Analyze Endevor processors, JCL streams, package workflows, and component dependencies
✅ Develop and support migration strategies from CA Endevor to IBM Dependency Based Build (DBB)
✅ Collaborate with development, release, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure successful modernization initiatives
