Job description

We are looking for a reliable Remote Support Specialist based in the United States to support our remote team.

This is an entry-level opportunity. Advanced technical skills are not required. We are primarily looking for someone who is a fluent English speaker, owns a laptop or desktop computer, and is comfortable using basic computer applications and online tools.

Requirements

  • Must live in the United States.

  • Must own a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection.

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.

  • Comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with team members through email, chat, and video meetings.

  • Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.

  • Learn and use new tools and platforms as needed.

  • Provide updates on assigned work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous remote work experience is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of software development or technology is a plus but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
