We are looking for a reliable Remote Support Specialist based in the United States to support our remote team.
This is an entry-level opportunity. Advanced technical skills are not required. We are primarily looking for someone who is a fluent English speaker, owns a laptop or desktop computer, and is comfortable using basic computer applications and online tools.
Requirements
Must live in the United States.
Must own a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
Comfortable working remotely.
Responsibilities
Communicate with team members through email, chat, and video meetings.
Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
Learn and use new tools and platforms as needed.
Provide updates on assigned work.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous remote work experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of software development or technology is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
