About This Role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to provide effective solutions.
Configure and maintain network systems to enhance performance.
Offer help desk support and remote desktop assistance to users.
Install and set up hardware and software as required.
Maintain a strong understanding of various operating systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure user satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong skills in troubleshooting and network configuration.
Familiarity with operating systems and hardware installation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
