Job description
Our client is looking for a driven and coachable individual to become a Public Adjuster with our team. No prior experience is required—we provide training and support to help you get licensed and succeed in the field. As a Public Adjuster, you’ll work directly with property owners to help them file and maximize their insurance claims after property damage.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect property damage (e.g., from storms, fire, water, etc.)
- Help clients understand their insurance policies
- Document losses and assist in preparing estimates
- Work with insurance companies to negotiate fair settlements
- Communicate regularly with clients throughout the claims process
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally
- Must be willing to obtain a Public Adjuster license (we can help with that)
- Must be willing to travel between Tampa and Orlando
Compensation & Benefits
- $20 per hour
- 25 hours per week (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Excellent commission structure
