Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Upscale Staffing is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for PRN shifts in Indiana, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs looking for flexible scheduling while providing exceptional care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

• Take and document vital signs.

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.

• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Support infection prevention and safety protocols.

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania.

• Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred).

• Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital setting preferred.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled PRN shifts.
