We are currently seeking a Full-time Cargo Operation to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle booking inquiries and provide schedule tracking information by phone and email daily.

• Maintain booking information correctly

• Trace irregularity cases such as delay, missing damages, etc.

• Update schedule changes to the customer.

• Arrange connection flight space.

• Assist with accounting issues such as billing, receiving, and payment discrepancies.

• Communicates effectively with other internal and external departments and other branch offices

• Promotes teamwork within the sales team and provides professional service through daily communication and coordination with assigned agencies

• Prepare load planning using both manual and computerized systems when required.

• Complete the weight and balance form and present it manually or through computerized systems to the flight crew.

• Collaborate with Dispatcher and local Maintenance on inbound and outbound flights.

• Supervise vendor's loading/offloading of aircraft.

• Monitor ramp activities and performance to ensure safe and timely aircraft handling.

• Prepare aircraft cargo documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness and correct inaccurate and incomplete information.

• Actively work with all other departments to improve customer service and control costs.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to work in inclement weather.

• Flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

• Speak Chinese is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
