We are currently seeking a Full-time Cargo Operation to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle booking inquiries and provide schedule tracking information by phone and email daily.
- Maintain booking information correctly
- Trace irregularity cases such as delay, missing damages, etc.
- Update schedule changes to the customer.
- Arrange connection flight space.
- Assist with accounting issues such as billing, receiving, and payment discrepancies.
- Communicates effectively with other internal and external departments and other branch offices
- Promotes teamwork within the sales team and provides professional service through daily communication and coordination with assigned agencies
- Prepare load planning using both manual and computerized systems when required.
- Complete the weight and balance form and present it manually or through computerized systems to the flight crew.
- Collaborate with Dispatcher and local Maintenance on inbound and outbound flights.
- Supervise vendor's loading/offloading of aircraft.
- Monitor ramp activities and performance to ensure safe and timely aircraft handling.
- Prepare aircraft cargo documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness and correct inaccurate and incomplete information.
- Actively work with all other departments to improve customer service and control costs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in inclement weather.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
