Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OR Transfer Specialist to support a healthcare transfer center. The role involves coordinating patient transfers, physician consultations, and bed utilization while ensuring timely communication between referring providers and healthcare teams.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
Unit Secretary/Clerk experience required
Database management experience required
Epic experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work varied shifts and every 3rd weekend
Holiday coverage required
No state license required
