Company: Help Us Help You, Inc.
Employment Type: Contract (1099 Independent Contractor)
Partner with Us for Access to On-Market & Exclusive Off-Market Freight Up to $20,000+
Help Us Help You, Inc. provides premium dispatch management for dedicated owner-operators who want top-tier rates per mile and minimal downtime.
Our service covers the complete freight spectrum—we optimize standard public load boards while leveraging direct, established broker relationships to secure high-value, off-market freight assignments paying up to $20,000+ per delivery.
When you partner with our dispatch team, you get:
Unmatched Market Access: Strategic load sourcing across major public load boards combined with direct broker relationships and high-dollar, off-market opportunities paying up to $20,000+ per delivery.
Full-Service Back-Office Command: End-to-end broker verification, aggressive negotiation strength, rate confirmations, packet processing, streamlined invoicing, and fast pay options—get paid within 24 to 48 hours after submitting your POD.
Aggressive Revenue Optimization: Strategic lane planning tailored specifically to your equipment, preferred lanes, and target rate per mile ($3–$7+ per mile when market conditions support it).
Carrier Autonomy: Complete control over your truck—we always consult you first to obtain your explicit approval before any load is booked.
Focus on driving—we’ll handle the negotiations, eliminate deadhead, and keep your truck loaded with high-margin freight.

Company & Partnership Overview
Help Us Help You, Inc. is a premier logistics and dispatch-focused organization committed to building strong, collaborative partnerships with independent owner-operator truck drivers.
We serve clients and manage prime freight corridors across major logistics hotspots, including Los Angeles, California, Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Houston Metro Area, San Antonio & Laredo Corridor, Grand Prairie, El Paso, Inland Empire (Ontario, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino) Los Angeles / Commerce / Long Beach, Central Valley (Stockton, Modesto, Fresno, Bakersfield), Manteca, Sacramento & Bay Area, and San Diego, and San Jose.
Because we believe premium service requires a selective, limited network rather than hundreds of unmanaged trucks, we maintain an exclusive roster to provide top-tier, personalized support.
Job Summary & Role Description
We offer an exclusive 1099 contract opportunity engineered for high-earning owner-operators, centered on lucrative, high-value freight lanes paying up to $20,000+ per delivery between key commercial hubs and primary distribution networks in Texas (DFW and Houston) and California (Los Angeles, Commerce, Bakersfield, and surrounding areas).
As an independent partner with Help Us Help You, Inc., you focus on driving, cargo securing, and maintaining equipment in compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Our dispatch team takes full ownership of strategic route planning, strategic lane planning, revenue optimization, broker negotiations, and daily load management.
You will coordinate closely with our dispatch team for seamless load execution, manage your equipment maintenance, and maintain professional communication with shippers and receivers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Operate commercial trucks—including Dry Van, Refrigerated (Reefer), Flatbed, Power Only, Step Deck, Tanker, or Hot Shot equipment—on long-distance OTR and regional routes, ensuring timely delivery.
Focus on safe vehicle operation and cargo transport across regional and long-distance OTR routes while our dispatch team handles strategic route planning and load coordination.
Execute planned routes using GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery times, adjust for real-time traffic, and maintain efficient schedules.
Safely load, unload, and secure cargo, including hazardous materials and dangerous goods (where applicable), following all hazardous materials regulations and FMCSA standards.
Manage the transportation of automobiles, temperature-controlled goods, or specialty freight using precision handling techniques.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours (HOS), cargo documentation, bills of lading, and delivery records in strict accordance with DOT and FMCSA rules.
Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route adjustments, delivery statuses, or transit issues, while maintaining customer-first professionalism with shippers and receivers.
Qualifications & Partner Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
License & Authority: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL or appropriate class) with a clean driving record, plus at least one (1) year of active USDOT/MC operating authority registered with the FMCSA.
Interstate Authority: Active interstate operating authority—must be willing and able to haul loads outside of your home state across regional and OTR corridors.
Insurance: Active Certificate of Insurance (COI) with at least $1,000,000 in primary commercial liability coverage.
Equipment: Reliable access to and ownership of a well-maintained commercial vehicle (Dry Van, Refrigerated, Flatbed, Power Only, Step Deck, Tanker, or Hot Shot) suitable for regional and interstate operations.
Endorsements (Preferred): CDL endorsements for Hazardous Materials (Hazmat), Tanker, or specialized loads are highly preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated experience as a commercial truck driver/owner-operator with strong working knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, hazardous materials handling, and cargo loading/unloading safety protocols.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with GPS navigation systems, route planning, and operating manual transmissions or handling specialized trailer setups safely.
Operational Capabilities: Ability to identify basic maintenance needs, maintain clear digital/paper logs and documentation, and handle loading-related tasks (where applicable, including securing cargo and working around docks/trailers).
Mindset: Strong independence, reliability, time management, and a commitment to growing your trucking business through a strategic, collaborative dispatch partnership.
This is a selective partnership designed for serious, revenue‑focused owner‑operators. Once our roster reaches capacity, enrollment closes immediately.
If you meet the qualifications and want access to high‑margin freight, off‑market broker lanes, and a dispatch team committed to maximizing your revenue, we invite you to begin the partnership process today.
