Patches maker

We are looking for a skilled and creative Patch Maker to design, produce, and finish high-quality embroidered and custom patches. The role involves operating embroidery equipment, preparing designs, checking finished products, and ensuring patches meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and produce embroidered and custom patches according to customer requirements.

• Operate and maintain embroidery machines and related equipment.

• Prepare artwork and embroidery files for production.

• Select appropriate threads, backing materials, and patch finishes.

• Inspect completed patches for stitching, colour, shape, and overall quality.

• Trim, finish, package, and prepare patches for delivery.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe production area.

• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and customer specifications.

Requirements:

• Experience in embroidery, textile production, patch making, or a related field is preferred.

• Good attention to detail and an eye for design.

• Ability to work with embroidery machines and basic design software.

• Strong hand skills and patience when handling detailed work.

• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
