Community Partnerships and Sales Coordinator
We run one of Seattle’s most active adult pickup soccer communities, with games Monday–Friday starting at 6:00 PM and weekends starting at 9:00 AM. With 11,000+ members—primarily tech professionals, software engineers, program managers, founders, and local creatives—our community sits at the intersection of active lifestyle, networking, and local culture.
Our members play hard on the pitch, and we’re now looking to elevate the off-the-pitch experience while driving meaningful engagement and traffic to local businesses.
The Role
We are seeking an outgoing, well-connected Community Partnerships and Sales Coordinator to build strategic relationships with Seattle’s local businesses. You’ll connect our 11,000+ members with restaurants, bars, gyms, fitness studios, banks, financial institutions, technology companies, law firms, real estate companies, insurance companies, healthcare providers, sports brands, professional services, and more.
Your goal is to help develop meaningful business relationships with local businesses that enable our program sponsorship and exclusive offers for our members.
Key Responsibilities
Business Outreach & Relationship Management: Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with local businesses.
Exclusive Offers & Partner Programs: Help develop exclusive member benefits that provide value to members while driving foot traffic to partners.
Sponsorship & Activation: Pitch companies on sponsorship opportunities, company logo placement, digital engagement, and in-person activations.
Who You Are
Familiar with Seattle neighborhoods such as Capitol Hill, South Lake Union, Ballard, Fremont, and Downtown, with connections to local business owners or managers.
A strong communicator who enjoys meeting and talking with people.
Comfortable approaching businesses and starting conversations.
Energetic, outgoing, and genuinely interested in Seattle’s local community.
Able to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
Entrepreneurial, creative, and comfortable working independently.
Organized and able to manage multiple partnerships.
Comfortable with email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach.
Experienced in sales, partnerships, business development, community management, events, hospitality, or marketing.
