Job description

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to fuel our growth by booking qualified meetings for our producers. You'll be the first voice prospects hear — reaching out to leads, sparking interest, and getting the right people on the calendar. This is a phone- and email-heavy role for someone who's comfortable with high activity and hearing "no" on the way to "yes."

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to prospective clients (business owners, individuals, and referral partners)

  • Qualify leads and set appointments for our insurance producers

  • Follow up promptly and persistently with inbound inquiries and aged leads

  • Keep the CRM GHL clean and current — log activity, notes, and next steps

  • Hit weekly targets for calls, conversations, and appointments booked

  • Coordinate calendars and confirm meetings to minimize no-shows

What We're Looking For

  • Strong phone presence and clear, friendly communication

  • Persistence, resilience, and a self-starter mindset

  • Organized and reliable with follow-through

  • Comfortable with CRM tools and basic tech (dialers, email, calendar)

  • Prior appointment-setting, telemarketing, or inside-sales experience a plus (not required)

  • Insurance experience welcome but not necessary — no license required for this role

Why Join Us

  • Warm and generated leads to work, not just cold lists

  • Clear path to grow into a licensed producer role

  • Supportive team and hands-on training
