JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Center Associate I to join our Logistics Center team in Auburn, MA.

This hands-on role supports material handling, customer returns processing, and daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, following safety procedures, using computer systems, and collaborating with a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process customer returns accurately and efficiently.
• Document receipt of returned materials.
• Investigate and resolve return-related issues and follow up through completion.
• Perform SAP transactions related to material handling and logistics.
• Support various logistics activities and assist across roles as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a hands-on environment.

Preferred:

• Experience working with SAP systems.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must be able to:

• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Push and pull loads up to 320 lbs using a manual pallet jack.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and grab frequently throughout the workday.
• Occasionally use a warehouse ladder to access shelving.
