What you'll make

Short-form content about the job hunt. Resume tips, interview advice, POV skits, the emotional reality of sending 300 applications and hearing back from four. You pick the format. We send light briefs, not scripts, because you know your audience better than we do.

There are two ways to work with us, and you can mix them by campaign.

Option A, post to your own page. The content lives on your Instagram or TikTok, you tag @matchacareers, you keep full control of your feed. We put paid media behind your best-performing posts so your work reaches new audiences on our budget.

Option B, create for ours. You are the face and the voice; we handle posting, captions, and distribution. Same rate, less work, and no FTC disclosure needed on your end.
