We’re hiring a Creator Lead Gen Specialist (Remote or Seattle)

Looking for someone who understands affiliate creators — Meta, TikTok Shop, Amazon — and knows how to find, pitch, and onboard them. This is a hands-on role tied to real revenue. Not just sourcing, but driving results.

You should:

· Have 2+ yrs in creator/affiliate/performance marketing

· Know how creators actually make money

· Be comfortable with targets and fast iteration

· Be ready to go through a quick screening process

Top performers can earn $200K–$300K in year one (base + uncapped).
