About This Role
We are looking for an ELA Tutor who is passionate about helping students improve their literacy skills. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with learners of various levels, focusing on reading comprehension and writing proficiency.
What You'll Do
- Provide individualized literacy instruction tailored to each student's needs.
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum materials.
- Utilize assessment techniques to monitor student progress and adapt instruction accordingly.
- Employ differentiated instruction strategies to reach diverse learners.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of reading comprehension and literacy instruction.
- Experience or knowledge in curriculum development and assessment techniques.
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging remote learning environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
