Job description

We're looking for a technically strong Sustainability Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team. This role will support Account Managers and Project Managers in delivering high-quality data insights and sustainability outcomes for our clients — spanning consulting projects, customer data analysis, and reporting.Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret customer data to surface meaningful insights and support client decision-making

  • Support consulting and sustainability projects across a range of enterprise accounts

  • Assist with data reporting, MRV (Measurement, Reporting & Verification), and sustainability insights workflows

  • Help Account Managers and Project Managers scale by handling analytical and technical workstreams

  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for client-facing teams

What We're Looking For

  • Strong technical background in data analytics, environmental science, or a related field

  • Proficiency with data tools (Python, R, SQL, or similar)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

  • Fluency in English; additional languages, e.g. Spanish and Portuguese are a plus

  • (Optional, a big plus) Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks, carbon accounting, or MRV methodologies
