AMLaw Tech Transactions Associate San Francisco $275K-$365K

Amlaw 100 firm is looking for a transactional associate with 3-6 years of experience in:

• intellectual property law including drafting and negotiation experience spanning a wide variety of technology transactions including:

  • Licenses of software, technology and content, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements;

  • Manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements;

  • E-commerce, media and entertainment transactions;

  • Assisting on M+A and equity financing transactions, including drafting of transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters.

• You are able to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.

• You have a strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills to help you succeed on our team.

• You are a member of the California Bar (preferred) or other state bar.
