B2B Sales Representative – In Office

Location: Rolling Meadows, IL

Employment: Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with outbound cold calling, appointment setting, and closing sales with small and medium-sized businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to business owners

• Generate and qualify leads

• Book sales appointments and demos

• Follow up with prospects and close new business

• Meet monthly sales goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred

• Excellent communication and phone skills

• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented

• Comfortable making high-volume cold calls

• Must be able to work in our Rolling Meadows office

Compensation: Base salary + commission. Strong earning potential based on performance.
