Private Equity/Investment Funds Associate - Boston or Providence $260K-$350K

Amlaw 100 firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Private Equity + Investment Funds Practice Group, based in either our Providence or Boston office, with a preference for Providence. 

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in private equity transactional work, focused on platform M&A deals and varied portfolio company matters. Candidates must have strong analytical and drafting skills, combined with excellent organizational and matter management abilities, including an ability to communicate effectively with clients and supervising attorneys.

This is an opportunity to represent clients in a national PE practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters. The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $350,000, dependent on relevant years of experience.
