The company is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and seeks motivated sales professionals to join their growing team.

Compensation and Benefits

・ Competitive salary:$45,000–$50,000plus commissions that reward performance

What You’ll Do

・ High volume of inbound and outbound consumer calls with professionalism, respect, and empathy

・ Build strong, positive relationships with customers nationwide

・ Develop customer relationships and close transactions that help customers meet their objectives

・ Track all sales activities in a CRM system

・ Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

・ Collaborate with managers and co‑workers, and later mentoring newer hires

What We’re Looking For

・ Strong cold caller

・ No prior probate or estate law knowledge required

・ Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills

・ Good judgment, patience, and excellent listening skills

・ Ability to manage sales opportunities from first contact to closure
