About the Opportunity
We are seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to transform complex workflows for leading healthcare enterprises. This role combines hands-on software engineering, customer partnership, and business process analysis to turn ambiguous operational challenges into reliable production solutions.
You will own customer engagements from initial discovery and pilot development through large-scale rollout. Using the company’s AI-English programming language, you will build automation for workflows that have traditionally required thousands of hours of manual effort. Success is measured by adoption, reliability, and business impact.
What You’ll Do

• Work directly with customers to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and break complex processes into precise, actionable steps.
• Architect and develop robust automation using the company’s AI-English programming language.
• Build and deploy production applications, taking responsibility for implementation quality and reliability.
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to refine solutions, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Scale successful pilots to full production volume and broader organizational rollouts.
• Document implementation patterns and best practices to improve future customer deployments.
• Own technical delivery and customer relationships throughout each engagement.
  What You’ll Bring
• Typically 2–8 years of software engineering experience. Exceptional recent graduates and early-career engineers with a strong record of achievement will also be considered.
• The ability to independently build and ship a full-stack application from start to finish.
• Strong hands-on coding skills, including direct production software development in any previous Forward Deployed Engineer role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn the trust of enterprise customers.
• Comfort translating ambiguous business processes into practical technical solutions.
• A record of ownership, follow-through, and effective execution in demanding, fast-paced environments.
• A strong academic background from a leading university if you do not have experience at a reputable startup.
  Preferred Background
• Forward deployed engineering or comparable delivery experience at organizations such as Palantir, McKinsey, or BCG Gamma, combined with strong hands-on engineering capabilities.
• Experience as a founder, cofounder, founding engineer, or early startup engineer delivering production applications.
• Experience at reputable startups, particularly with direct responsibility for customer deployments.
• An exceptional early-career record showing rapid development, increasing responsibility, and sustained contributions.
• Software engineering experience combined with responsibilities in product, sales, growth, or another business function.
  Working Environment
  This is an on-site role for engineers who enjoy building software and working directly with customers. You should be comfortable navigating changing requirements, taking initiative under pressure, and remaining accountable from problem discovery through successful deployment.
  The position offers broad ownership and the opportunity to influence how major healthcare organizations operate. It requires active software development alongside customer engagement and business problem-solving.
