Title: Finance Expert
Location: Remote (United States-based)
Engagement type: Freelance / Independent Contractor, through Uber AI Solutions.
Engagement commitment: Participation welcomed any day the project is live. Tasks will require ~7 hours of effort to complete.
Engagement duration: ASAP - August 2, 2026
Who we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
5+ years of hands-on, demonstrated finance experience in investment banking, private equity, equity/credit research, corporate development, financial modeling, capital markets, or quantitative finance — with a track record of building models and deriving figures from primary source documents, not solely reporting, reconciliation, or accounting work.
Valid CFA or FRM, CA, or CPA
Demonstrated ability to read primary source documents (10-Ks, 10-Qs, credit/merger agreements) and perform multi-step calculations from them.
Comfortable working independently on detail-oriented tasks to a documented methodology.
Strong analytical and written communication skills.
Prior experience with GenAI/LLM evaluation — prompt engineering, rubric or golden-answer authoring, annotation, RLHF, red-teaming, or model QA — is a strong differentiator.
