Senior Scrum Master

Scrum Master who's good at clearing roadblocks and keeping a team focused.
This is a senior-level role, hybrid out of Malvern, PA. You'd run the day-to-day Agile process, planning, stand-ups, retros, and help the team use AI tools to cut down on busywork so there's more time for actual problem-solving.
10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master is required. If you've worked with data or analytics teams before, that's a plus, but not a must.
