• into modern, emerging technologies: you are inquisitive and knowledgable and understanding of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, web3, and quantum computing
• credible with existing technologies: you have built and maintained several fault-tolerant, highly-scalable, production-ready modern web/mobile applications with the ability to showcase your work associated with them
• comfortable creating order out of chaos: you enjoy and thrive when things are unclear and the road ahead is not well-defined

• you have early-stage startup experience
• you have worked in some kind of customer-facing capacity, either in tech or otherwise
• you value authenticity
• you communicate effectively and in an open, honest, and transparent manner
• you call Seattle home

• you are able to work in the United States of America (USA) without work visa issues; meaning, you are a citizen of the USA, a lawful permanent resident, or hold a self-petitioning visa that allows you to work in the USA freely
• you hold a high school or equivalent diploma; ideally, some form of higher education
• you are able to use your own machine for software development, as one will not be provided to you
