About the Internship
We are hiring Growth Interns to support key growth initiatives across market intelligence, acquisition, content, funnel optimization, experimentation, data, and community.
Interns will be assigned to a specific growth function based on background and strengths, and will work closely with a dedicated growth owner with direct mentorship. If you are excited about working in a truly startup, fast-pace environment, come and join us!
Office Location: Bellevue, WA
Work Mode: hybrid, 4 days in the office
Project Length: 3-6 months, with opportunity to extend or convert to full-time based on performance
What you may work on
· Run and test acquisition channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, Google, SEO, and partnerships
· Analyze user funnel performance and identify drop-offs across key stages
· Support A/B testing across messaging, landing pages, and product flows
· Create and execute content across social media, blog, and campaigns
· Track performance metrics and support experiment analysis and reporting
· Conduct market, user and competitive research to inform growth strategies
· Support community building and event initiatives
· Engage with users and collect feedback to improve product and growth
