About Thrive Therapy Utah
Thrive Therapy Utah is a compassionate, evidence-based private practice in Lehi. We specialize in helping individuals and families overcome anxiety, OCD, depression, selective mutism, and a range of other mental health challenges. Our approach is client-centered and grounded in proven modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, PCIT, and mindfulness-based therapies.
We are a small, intentional practice — and we want to keep it that way. You won't be just a number here. You'll be a valued clinician with direct access to the Clinical Director, a collaborative working environment, and the kind of support that helps you grow as an excellent practitioner.
The Opportunity
We're expanding and looking for a motivated, warm, and clinically curious LCSW to join our team. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about evidence-based care, eager to develop their clinical skills, and looking for a supportive private practice setting.

Carry a caseload of individual therapy clients (adults, adolescents, and/or families depending on your interests and experience)
Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, PCIT, and other modalities
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EHR system (Simple Practice)
Participate in trainings to serve the selective mutism population and other specialized anxiety disorders
What We Offer
Competitive compensation: $45/session with the opportunity for pay increases
Paid company trainings — structured, high-quality trainings focused on selective mutism and other specialized anxiety disorders paid at your regular rate ($45/hour)
Flexible scheduling — build a schedule that works for you and your clients. The office is available all day Monday, Thursday, Friday, and weekends. Thrive Therapy is a hybrid in-person and remote therapy care practice
Simple, low-paperwork environment — we use a streamlined EHR so you can focus on clients
Professional development support — training opportunities and continued education connections
Warm, collaborative practice culture — boutique setting with direct mentorship

Strong clinical skills with anxiety, depression, OCD, or family systems are preferred
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Self-motivated with strong professional boundaries and ethical grounding

Looking to work 20-25 hours per week. The office is open Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for in person and you could also work remote on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to build out your ideal schedule.
Why Join Thrive Therapy?
At Thrive Therapy, you'll gain the mentorship, autonomy, and case variety that will enable you to thrive as a practitioner. This is our first hire and we are excited to grow with you.
