Key Responsibilities:
● Assist clients with life insurance, asset protection, and retirement strategies
● Educate individuals and families on financial solutions including annuities and indexed products
● Use digital tools to connect with clients remotely or in person
● Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
● Optional leadership and team-building track
Minimum Qualifications:
● Must currently reside in the United States
● Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number (we do not sponsor work visas)
● Must be 18 years or older
● Must pass a background check (no felonies)
● Must be willing to study for and pass the Life & Health Insurance License exam (support provided)
Preferred Experience:
● Leadership, public speaking, or team-building
● Customer service or sales experience
● Background in banking, accounting, or entrepreneurial work
