Position Overview

micro1 is seeking expert Frontend Software Engineers to join a high-impact customer project focused on crafting exceptional user interfaces. In this role, you will apply your frontend expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge and technical excellence are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and translate component style guides and interface screenshots into precise, visually consistent UI deliverables

• Implement pixel-perfect, responsive web components using modern technologies such as Typescript and CSS3

• Ensure all UI elements adhere to established design systems and accessibility standards

• Collaborate asynchronously through clear documentation and constructive feedback within a remote-first environment

• Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve inconsistencies or ambiguities in design specifications

• Optimize UI performance across devices, focusing on fast load times and smooth interactions

• Contribute domain-specific expertise to guide the training and development of advanced AI models

• Strong English communication skills
