Materials Handler

Material Handlers will support the safe handling of small, delicate components within a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Including material handling, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, and supporting production activities while ensuring product quality and accuracy. 

Responsibilities:

• Safely receive, unpack, organize, and prepare materials for production and shipment in a clean environment.

• Package, label, and palletize customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Operate and monitor light production equipment, including image inspection machines.

• Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure order accuracy and product quality.

• Enter and track shipping information using Microsoft Excel for accurate record-keeping.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to promote a productive environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required for consideration.

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or material handling preferred.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel for data management.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and reliability in work performance.

• Ability to lift, stand, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and dependable attendance.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
