- Project Coordination: Develop and manage project timelines, action plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with businesses, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and potential corporate partners.

- Fundraising Support: Research grant opportunities, charitable sponsorships, funding sources, and prospective donors; assist with outreach materials and proposals, subject to applicable fundraising requirements.
- Community Engagement: Coordinate outreach initiatives, community programs, networking opportunities, and collaborative events.
- Proposal Development: Assist with preparing partnership presentations, project proposals, sponsorship materials, and organizational communications.
- Operational Support: Establish effective tracking systems, document project progress, organize communications, and recommend improvements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence approaching business owners, executives, community leaders, and prospective partners.
- Experience researching opportunities, developing proposals, and coordinating events or programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or project-management applications.

- Resourcefulness, integrity, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred but not required:
- Existing professional network within Jacksonville or surrounding communities.
- Background in nonprofit development, sponsorship acquisition, event management, or grant research.
- Experience helping launch a new organization, initiative, or community program.
- Entrepreneurial or consulting experience.
We value demonstrated ability, initiative, and alignment with our mission—not simply impressive job titles.
