We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist / Sales Support with extensive knowledge of classic and specialty vehicles to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to consign cars at our showroom. For each successful consignment, you will earn additional commission pay. You will also support the sales team by contacting customers and assisting with general duties around the shop. This includes ensuring that vehicles are clean, organized, and presentable to potential buyers, contributing to a welcoming showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers to arrange vehicle consignments.

• Earn commission for each successful consignment.

• Assist sales staff with customer outreach and support.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom, ensuring vehicles are ready for display.

• Perform general duties to ensure smooth operations of the showroom.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of classic and specialty vehicles.

• Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in person.

• Must have strong computer skills, including experience with data entry, email communication, phone communication, and working across multiple software platforms efficiently

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in sales support or inventory management is a plus.

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
