We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle to lead and oversee revenue cycle operations for a healthcare organization in Colorado.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead Admissions, Registration, Coding, Billing, Collections, Authorizations & Patient Accounting

• Monitor key revenue cycle metrics, including cash collections, days outstanding, unbilled accounts and denials

• Oversee financial analysis, reporting, compliance and internal controls

• Manage charge master and billing processes

• Work with insurance carriers to resolve reimbursement issues

• Develop budgets and strategic operating plans

• Hire, train and develop managers and supervisors

• Partner with leadership to improve revenue cycle performance

• Serve as a key contact for financial auditors

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of Revenue Cycle experience

✅ 5–7 years of management/supervisory experience

✅ Master’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

✅ Strong healthcare billing and revenue cycle knowledge

✅ Experience with Meditech, Paragon, Relay Clearance or Relay Assurance preferred

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Bachelor’s Degree + 15+ years of combined experience may also be considered
