Role Description
Manage and maintain the casino's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems through regular backups and updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to support their IT needs and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as necessary.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, preferably in the gambling or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and system administration tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
