The Role

We are seeking an ICF-certified Performance Coach (ACC or PCC) to deliver structured, results-driven 45-minute virtual coaching sessions.

This role is ideal for a coach who values measurable progress, accountability, and helping clients translate motivation into action.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct focused 45-minute virtual coaching sessions

• Help clients define clear goals and actionable next steps

• Drive accountability and performance consistency

• Support clients in overcoming mental blocks and maintaining momentum

• Document brief session notes and track client progress

• Adhere to ICF ethical standards and professional coaching practices

Required Qualifications

• Active credential with the International Coaching Federation (ACC or PCC)

• Minimum 100+ coaching hours

• Experience in performance, personal development, or accountability-based coaching

• Strong ability to guide structured, outcome-focused sessions

• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Professional, reliable, and comfortable delivering sessions virtually
