Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Erie, South Mountain, Spring City, Hollidaysburg & Selinsgrove - PA

Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Job Overview

The LPN will provide direct nursing care within their scope of practice while working collaboratively with RNs and other members of the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established care plans and policies.

• Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.

• Monitor and document patient/resident status and report significant changes.

• Assist with ongoing patient care and clinical needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Follow applicable infection prevention, safety, and facility procedures.

• Collaborate effectively with nursing and interdisciplinary care teams.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LPN license appropriate for the assignment.

• Ability to perform LPN responsibilities within the applicable scope of practice.

• Ability to work the selected shift and location.

• Relevant nursing experience preferred.
