Consumer Financial Services Career Attorney - Minnesota $100K-$175K

Amlaw 100 firm is seeking a career attorney to join our team. We are looking for someone with 2 to 4 years of consumer finance related litigation experience in Minnesota to sit in our virtual office. Experience with the following is a plus:

•           Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)

•           Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCPA)

•           Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA)

Candidates must have strong academic and professional credentials, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must also be licensed and in good standing in the state of Minnesota. 

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
