About the Role
We're seeking compassionate, dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our care team. You'll provide meaningful support to individuals with developmental disabilities and complex care needs in a residential setting. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct assistance with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication support
Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and advocate for their wellbeing
Document care activities, behavioral observations, and health concerns accurately and timely
Support residents in community outings, social activities, and personal goals
Respond promptly to resident needs and behavioral situations with patience and professionalism
Work collaboratively with nursing, clinical, and administrative staff
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
Follow all regulatory guidelines and facility protocols
We're Looking For

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to assist with mobility and personal care as needed
Clear communication and solid documentation skills
Washington State DL or valid ID required
