QA Engineer and Project Manager

We’re a website design & development agency looking for a detail-driven Project Manager / QA to manage delivery, quality, and communication across multiple web projects.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both project execution and quality assurance in a creative, fast-moving agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end website projects from kickoff to launch

• Plan timelines, assign tasks, and track progress

• Coordinate designers, developers, and stakeholders

• Provide clear project updates and manage expectations

• Perform QA across browsers, devices, and screen sizes

• Review designs and builds for accuracy, usability, and consistency

• Identify risks, scope gaps, and blockers early

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

Requirements

• 2+ years experience managing and/or QA-ing website projects

• Strong understanding of web design and development workflows

• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or custom builds

• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or Notion

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Nice to Have

• Agency experience

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

• Experience working with remote teams

• Client-facing experience
