Corporate Associate Attorney ATL or Philadelphia $260K-$350K

Amlaw 100 firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Corporate Practice Group. The position may be based in any city where the firm has an office, with preference given to Richmond, Atlanta, or Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of corporate governance and securities experience representing public companies, including reviewing 1934 Act reports, proxy statements, and other disclosures; advising on stock exchange listing matters; and working on capital markets transactions and public company mergers and acquisitions. Candidates must have strong analytical and drafting skills, excellent organization and matter management abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and supervising attorneys. Ideal candidates will have experience of second-chairing complex transactions and interacting directly with clients.
