IT Service Desk Analyst

IT Service Desk person with some experience in:

• Configuration of applications for phones (iOS and Android), iPads/Macs and Windows PCs
• Interaction with clients to fulfill their requirements regarding basic support of applications
• Following through with tickets or emails that raise issues
• Ability to self-start and learn to solve simple IT issues
• Organize information across email, online data stores, WhatsApp, and other business applications

Must have clean criminal record and valid driver's license. Cannot support visa applications at this time.
