About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Entertainment Attorney to join our team in a remote capacity. This role involves handling a variety of legal matters related to the entertainment industry, including contract negotiation and compliance with entertainment law.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft contracts for clients in the entertainment sector
• Provide legal support for litigation and dispute resolution
• Ensure compliance with entertainment law regulations
• Conduct legal research related to intellectual property and copyright matters
• Assist clients with trademark registrations and protection
• Represent clients in legal proceedings when necessary

Qualifications

• Strong background in contract negotiation and intellectual property law
• Experience with litigation support and entertainment law compliance
• Proficient in legal research and client representation
• Familiarity with copyright registration and trademark issues
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
