DSP Engineer

The DSP Engineer will lead the development and optimization of real-time audio DSP algorithms for advanced voice communication and speech enhancement systems. This role focuses on delivering clear, intelligible voice pickup in challenging high-noise and highly variable acoustic environments using microphone array processing. 

You will own the DSP core implementation on Analog Devices SHARC DSP platforms while collaborating with firmware, hardware, and acoustics teams responsible for system integration, audio interfaces, and overall embedded product architecture. The goal is a robust, production-ready DSP solution optimized for low latency, memory efficiency, and outstanding performance in demanding real-world conditions.
