Litigation Attorney Seattle $120K-$200K

We are looking for a Senior Attorney with 2+ years of personal injury experience to lead and build out our Seattle office. The firm is one of California's largest plaintiff PI firms now expanding into multiple states, and this is a ground-floor leadership opportunity to run operations end-to-end with full backing from the founding partners.

What will you be doing?

• Run Seattle operations — from case strategy and client outcomes to hiring and managing your own staff (with HR support)

• Lead business development efforts in Seattle in close partnership with the firm's co-founders

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of attorneys, case managers, and paralegals

• Own the client experience — delivering the white-glove, family-first service the firm is known for

• Work in Seattle office

Key Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar

• At least 2 years of plaintiff personal injury experience (civil litigation, public defense, or malpractice backgrounds may also be considered)

• Strong customer service orientation and team-player mentality — no arrogance or "shut my door" personalities

• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fully paperless, digital environment (Apple/Mac ecosystem)

• Long-term mindset — hungry, ambitious, and wants to be with the firm for a long term
