Restoration Repair Technician / Carpenter

RPC Restoration is looking for a dependable, skilled Restoration Repair Technician / Carpenter to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on position for someone who can handle the wide variety of repair work that comes with roofing, storm restoration, and property restoration. Our larger roofing and siding projects are handled by dedicated crews. Your job is to take ownership of the repairs, punch-list items, and smaller projects that keep our jobs moving and our customers taken care of.
Responsibilities include:

• General carpentry and construction repairs
• Interior and exterior repairs
• Drywall installation, patching, and finishing
• Painting and touch-up work
• Fascia, soffit, trim, and wood repairs
• Minor roofing-related repairs
• Water-damage and restoration repairs
• Framing and miscellaneous carpentry
• Punch-list and warranty work
• Job-site cleanup and general labor as needed
• Identifying what materials and tools are needed to complete a repair
• Communicating job progress with the office and production team
We’re looking for someone who is versatile, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. You should be able to arrive at a job, assess what needs to be done, communicate what you need, and get the work completed correctly.
Experience in carpentry, remodeling, property maintenance, restoration, roofing, or general construction is strongly preferred.
This is a great fit for a well-rounded tradesperson who enjoys variety rather than doing the same task every day. One day may involve exterior trim or a roof repair; the next could involve drywall, painting, framing, or finishing a restoration punch list.
