Litigation Associate Charleston

Regional law firm seeks an associate with two or more years of complex litigation experience to become an integral part of our Advocacy Department. Experience in commercial litigation and employment and/or health care law is preferred. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and analytical aptitude with deposition, discovery, motion practice, and courtroom experience are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation practice. We seek a bright, hardworking, and responsive attorney with good judgment and attention to detail. The associate will work closely with senior litigators who will provide active mentoring and client contact. South Carolina law license required.
