Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to contribute to a project focused on developing high-quality educational and technical content for next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your engineering expertise to create technical assessments, review AI-generated content, and help improve AI performance through domain-specific knowledge. Prior AI experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality multiple-choice questions within your area of electrical engineering expertise.

• Create clear explanations and detailed scoring rubrics for technical assessments.

• Review and validate the accuracy of AI-generated electrical engineering content.

• Collaborate with distributed team members to improve technical content quality.

• Provide feedback to enhance AI model performance.

• Communicate complex engineering concepts clearly in written and verbal formats.

• Contribute to improving project workflows and content quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Strong expertise in one or more of the following:

• Analog Circuits

• Digital Circuits

• RF (Radio Frequency)

• Power Electronics

• Integrated Circuits (IC)

• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Subject matter expertise in Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits, RF, Power Electronics, or Integrated Circuits.

• Experience developing educational content, technical documentation, assessments, or instructional materials.

• Teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience in electrical engineering.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
