Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs

• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Provide wound care and basic nursing treatments

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare staff

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care needs

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations

• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies

Requirements:

• Active LPN License

• Current BLS Certification

• Previous nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient care skills
